Ok, I'm going to give you the lay down on the 'war' between Converse and D.C.s personally I like them both. But for those of you who want to really go in depth here you go.

I wore these to school once and I fell in the hallways. It was embarrassing. So If you're looking for traction these are not the shoes for you!

My friends wear these all the time and I am pretty sure they love them. They change shoes during gym though so I'm guessing that you can't run very well in them.
So if you really want to decide I would look at both websites and decide.
